The University of Debrecen (UD) offers a 7-semester undergraduate programme in Agricultural Engineering. It addresses the global challenge of feeding a growing population while maintaining environmental equilibrium.

Undergraduates may find employment in agricultural enterprises, even in management positions, in the field of agricultural advisory and administration, in research institutes, in their own farms as well as in advocacy organizations.

Please note that the BSc in Agricultural Engineering operates on a single-intake academic calendar. This program only starts in September of each year. The application deadline in the self-financed procedure is 15th June.

The tuition fee is 7,000 USD / year for this program.
This is supplemented by the application fee of $150 USD (one-time) and the entrance procedure fee of $350 USD that covers the examination and interview. Please note that the application and entrance procedure fees are non-refundable and must be paid via bank transfer to initiate the review process.
