The study programme prepares students for educational, pedagogic, research, planning and development tasks in adult education, as well as for the continuation of studies in doctoral training. The courses cover various areas of Language Study and Language Pedagogy, providing students with principles and techniques in teaching English as a foreign language.

No, the program does not include an internship; however, a teaching practice and a teaching practice preparation seminar are built into the curriculum.
Graduates will be entitled to teach English in the non-state sector of language education (in Hungary).

Please note that the MA in Instruction of English as a Foreign Language, MA operates on a single-intake academic calendar. This program starts in September of each year. The application deadline in the self-financed procedure is 15th June for the September intake.

The tuition fee is 5,500 USD/year for this program.
This is supplemented by the application fee of $150 USD (one-time) and the entrance procedure fee of $350 USD that covers the examination and interview. Please note that the application and entrance procedure fees are non-refundable and must be paid via bank transfer to initiate the review process.
