Practical information

Please ensure that you complete t his form with your travel details, meal preferences, and other relevant information to assist us with the event arrangements.
We hope that the weather will remain nice and warm during your stay; however, the month of October can be quite unpredictable in Hungary (it ranges between 5-25 degrees Celsius with sunny, rainy, or windy weather). Please make sure to pack some warm clothes as well as comfortable shoes for the campus tours and sightseeing.
Please make sure to keep to the schedule and always be on time. The bus must leave according to the schedule. Please respect each other and be at the meeting points 5 minutes before the given time.
Your booking at Hotel Divinus covers the following:

superior room for 3 nights;

breakfast on 27-29 October

use of the hotel's wellness and fitness section.

Kindly note that no extra services are included in the booking (minibar, on-demand TV channels, room service, e-scooter, etc.). Should you use any of these extra services, please settle your balance at checkout. Thank you for your understanding.
Ms. Zsófia Stefán will coordinate your hotel transfer. The details of your airport transfer will be sent to you a few days prior to your departure. If your transfer departure location differs from the original plan at Budapest/ Airport, please inform Ms. Zsófia Stefán and include your exact address. Please be advised that guests arriving to Hungary before 6:00 PM will be served dinner at the hotel.

For those arriving after 6:00 PM, dinner will be provided on the way to Debrecen.

9:00 - 9:30 General Introduction of UD
9:30 – 10:10 Introduction of Study Programs (Medical+Scholarships)
10:10 - 10:30 Coffee Break/Refreshments - Interaction with Student Ambassadors
10:30 - 11:10 Introduction of Study Programs (Non-Medical)
11:10 - 12:00 Student Life by Ambassador
12:30 - 13:30 Lunch at Learning Center
15:00 - 16:00 Main Campus Tour Guided visit highlighting the university's facilities and student accommodations.
16:00 - 19:00 Free Time: Relaxation or self-guided exploration. During your free time, you may use the tram to reach the city center. Tram tickets are available for free upon request at the hotel reception.

Evening: Dinner at Csokonai Restaurante

15:30 – 15:45 Certification Ceremony
16:00 - 19:00 Free Time - During your free time, you may use the tram to reach the city center. Tram tickets are available for free upon request at the hotel reception.
19:00 Farewell Dinner

Departure from Hotel – depending on your flight schedule

Departure to Airport: We will arrange airport transfers for participants leaving on 29th October.
Departure to Budapest: If your flight schedule is different, we can arrange a transfer to Budapest. Please make sure to provide the address where the driver should drop you off.
